Where do we ship?

Everywhere. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to the shopping cart when a delivery address is entered.

How long does delivery take?

Although we try our best to be on time, all delivery dates are approximate. Xavierdiaz.com does not take responsibility for any delays or other issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

You can use a credit card, a debit card or Paypal.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Of course, just email us at store@xabierdiaz.com with all necessary details.

Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?

Xabierdiaz.com complies with the Spanish regulations for small retailers, which state that any unwanted items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, and with all shipping expenses covered by the customer. The cost of any returned products will be reimbursed using the payment details of the original order. In the case of faulty products, xabierdiaz.com will cover all shipping expenses as long as the customer reports the issue within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Can I exchange items after receiving them?

As long as you pay for any additional shipping costs, you can exchange items within 14 natural days after receiving your order following these steps:

  1. Resend your order confirmation email specifying the changes you wish to make.
  2. We will then email you an address to send the items to be replaced.
  3. Post the items back to us (make sure to ask for a receipt in case there are any issues).
  4. Once we have checked the returned items are in optimal condition we will notify you via email.
  5. Lastly, please place a new order with the replacement items.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Having an account will make it easier to access information about your orders and delivery details, but you can easily place orders as a guest.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can follow the instructions we will send you in your order confirmation email or use the tracking tool on our website. If you have an account with us, you can also access all information about your orders there.
